ZARA Roppongi pop-up concept store
Roppongi pop-up is a retail experiement project in 2018, during the 4 month residency in Tokyo’s Roppongi shopping area, customers were able to experience the ZARA collections in a more innovative and interactive way.
The space is turned into an experience showroom, where it changes every month to highlight a different collection. The launch project was an extention of the seasonal campaign, so we bought back out set designer Stefan Beckman from the campaign to recreate the scene in the store.
The launch project is followed by a Bunka collaboration with menswear collection, a TRF street style take over by Drop Tokyo, Kids collaboration with illustrator Jun Oson and Join Life exhibition with Oniki Studio.
The brief was bought to me by the store team to drive traffic to this temporary space. My idea was to turn it into an interactive space to create an experience that is fun and innovative.
Each month we collaborate with a different local talent team to reinterpret the space, with special clothing collection, VM installation and store actiivties.
I led the project from concept, communication strategy, collaborator castings, event management, packaging to installation execution.
